Ingredients
- 100g lean lamb mince
- 200g sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 100g frozen peas
- 5ml olive oil
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- 1.Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add the lamb mince and cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon until browned and cooked through.
- 2.Meanwhile, place the cubed sweet potato in a steamer basket over boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Add the frozen peas and mint leaves to the steamer for the final 3 minutes until everything is tender.
- 3.Transfer the cooked lamb, steamed sweet potato, peas, and mint to a blender or food processor.
- 4.Blend until very smooth. Add a tablespoon or two of cooled boiled water, breast milk, or formula to reach the desired consistency for your baby. Allow to cool completely before serving.
