- 250g sweet potato
- 150g zucchini
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 small onion, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 egg yolk (optional, for binding)

- 1.Peel and grate the sweet potato and zucchini. Squeeze out as much excess water from the zucchini as possible using a clean cloth or your hands.
- 2.In a medium bowl, combine the minced lamb, grated sweet potato, squeezed zucchini, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped mint, and the optional egg yolk.
