Ingredients

- 50g zucchini, finely grated
- 2 dried apricots (unsulphured), very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely ground oats
- 1 teaspoon fresh mint, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- 1.In a medium bowl, combine the minced lamb, grated zucchini, finely chopped apricots, ground oats, and optional mint. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.
- 2.Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized meatballs, about 2-3 cm in diameter. This should make approximately 12 mini meatballs.
- 3.Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully place the meatballs in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd it.
- 4.Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning regularly, until the meatballs are browned on all sides and cooked through completely.
- 5.Let the meatballs cool before serving. For babies, you can mash or puree them with a little water or unsalted broth to the desired consistency. For toddlers, serve whole as a finger food.
