- 120ml milk
- 120ml low-sodium chicken broth

- 1.Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold salted water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain well.
- 2.While the potatoes are boiling, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pan over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and cook for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- 3.Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it up with a spoon and cook until browned all over. Carefully drain off any excess fat from the pan.

- 7.Spoon the mashed potatoes over the beef mixture, spreading it to cover the entire surface. Use a fork to create a textured pattern on top.
- 8.Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the potato topping is lightly golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
