- 1 chicken drumstick
- 1/2 cup bulgur
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced

Instructions
- 1.Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2.Season the chicken drumstick with salt, pepper, oregano, and half the lemon juice.
- 3.Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for 35–40 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- 4.While the chicken cooks, heat olive oil in a small pot over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- 5.Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil. Stir in bulgur, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 12–15 minutes until fluffy.
- 6.Fluff bulgur with a fork and drizzle remaining lemon juice over it.
- 7.Serve the roasted chicken drumstick alongside the lemony bulgur and enjoy warm.
