- 600g sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 liter vegetable broth or water

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- 1.In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
