- 300g trout fillets (2 fillets)
- 200g hummus
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 30ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Pat the trout fillets dry with a paper towel and season lightly with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
