- 2 slices of whole-grain bread

- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon mixed dried herbs (e.g., oregano, thyme)

Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 190°C. Lightly grease two cups of a standard muffin tin with a little olive oil.
- 2.Trim the crusts from the bread slices. Gently flatten each slice with a rolling pin or the palm of your hand to make it more pliable.
