Ingredients
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 1/4 cups hot water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- 1.Bring 1 1/4 cups of water to a boil and add salt.
- 2.Place couscous in a large heatproof bowl.
- 3.Pour boiling water over couscous, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
- 4.Fluff the couscous with a fork to separate grains.
- 5.Stir in olive oil, black pepper, oregano, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika.
