- 12 oz whole wheat pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instrucciones
- 1.Cook whole wheat pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- 3.Add garlic, zucchini, and bell pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
- 4.Stir in cherry tomatoes, spinach, oregano, and basil. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until spinach wilts.
