Ingredients
- 300g lean ground lamb
- 2 medium zucchini
- 2 medium carrots
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 20g fresh mint, chopped
- 20g fresh parsley, chopped

- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- Sea salt to taste
