- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional)
- 1 cup chickpeas, cooked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Upute za pripremu
- 1.Rinse quinoa under cold water and drain well.
- 2.In a medium pot, combine quinoa and water, bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes or until water is absorbed.
