Instructions

- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with remaining salt and pepper. Cook for 7–8 minutes until fully browned.
- Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.
- Divide roasted vegetables and turkey mixture evenly into 4 meal-prep containers. Let cool before sealing for storage.
