- 5.Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Carefully place the koftas in the pan, ensuring not to overcrowd it. Cook for 6-8 minutes, turning every 2 minutes, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- 6.Serve the hot lamb koftas immediately with the chilled zucchini-mint raita on the side for a delightful contrast in temperature and flavor.
