- 300g lamb loin chops (about 2 chops)
- 250g asparagus, woody ends trimmed
- 200g cherry tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 30ml olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, for juice

Instructions
- 1.Pat the lamb chops dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
- 2.Heat 15ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the lamb chops and sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
