Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- 2.Add chicken cubes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano, and cook until golden brown, about 7-8 minutes.
- 3.Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- 4.Add remaining olive oil, garlic, broccoli, zucchini, and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5.Return the chicken to the skillet, stir well, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- 6.Taste and adjust seasoning before serving warm.
