- 10 cups flour
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 4 cups milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp dried herbs (optional, such as thyme or oregano)
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
- 3.Add yogurt and milk gradually, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- 4.Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until elastic.
- 5.Place the dough in a greased large baking pan or divide into two smaller pans.
- 6.Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 7.Bake for 60–70 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- 8.Allow the bread to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
