- 300g lean ground turkey
- 300g sweet potato, peeled and diced (1 cm cubes)
- 150g carrots, diced (1 cm cubes)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 100g fresh kale, tough stems removed and chopped
- 30ml olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste (optional, omit for strict AIP reintroduction)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
