Ingredients
- 400g turkey breast fillet, cut into medallions
- 150g red cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 large carrot, grated
- 1 green apple, julienned
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 15g fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
