• 1/2 cup peas
• 1/2 cup water
• Pinch of mild herbs (optional, e.g., parsley)

Instructies

1. 1.Peel and chop the carrots and sweet potato into small pieces.
2. 2.Add the chopped carrots, sweet potato, peas, and water to a small pot.
3. 3.Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 12-15 minutes until all vegetables are very soft.
4. 4.Transfer the cooked vegetables and liquid into a blender or food processor.
5. 5.Blend until completely smooth, adding a little extra water if needed for consistency.
6. 6.Allow to cool slightly before serving to baby.
