Ingrediënten

• 200g firm tofu, cubed
• 1 cup broccoli florets
• 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
• 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
• 1 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp ginger, grated
• 1/4 tsp chili flakes
• Fresh cilantro for garnish
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste

Instructies

1. 1.Press and cube the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. 2.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
3. 3.Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides, then set aside.
4. 4.In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. 5.Return tofu to the pan and add soy sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
6. 6.Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
7. 7.Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
