- 1 large sweet potato (approx. 300g)
- 150g frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 150ml water or unsalted homemade broth

- 1.Peel the sweet potato and chop it into small, 1cm cubes.
- 2.Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the lamb mince and cook for 3-4 minutes, breaking it up with a spoon, until lightly browned.
- 3.Add the sweet potato cubes and water to the saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes until the sweet potato is tender.
- 4.Stir in the frozen peas and mint leaves. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the peas are bright green and cooked through.
- 5.Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender. Blend until smooth, adding a little more water, breastmilk, or formula if needed to reach your desired consistency.
