• 4 medium zucchinis
• 2 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp dried basil
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper to taste
• Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

Upute za pripremu

1. 1.Wash the zucchinis and spiralize them into noodles.
2. 2.Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. 3.Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. 4.Add chopped tomatoes, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until tomatoes break down into a sauce.
5. 5.Add zucchini noodles to the pan and toss gently for 2-3 minutes until just tender but not soggy.
6. 6.Remove from heat, garnish with fresh basil leaves, and serve warm.
