• 4 large bell peppers
• 1 pound lean ground turkey
• 1 cup cooked brown rice
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

Upute za pripremu

1. 1.Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish with a drizzle of olive oil.
2. 2.Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
3. 3.In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
4. 4.Add ground turkey and cook until browned, seasoning with salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, and paprika.
5. 5.Stir in cooked brown rice and squeeze in the lemon juice. Mix well to combine.
6. 6.Stuff the bell peppers with the turkey-rice mixture and place them upright in the baking dish.
7. 7.Drizzle with remaining olive oil, cover with foil, and bake for 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender.
8. 8.Serve warm with a fresh side salad or steamed vegetables.
