- 4 cups kale, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
- 1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- 2.Place turkey slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, season with rosemary, thyme, and a pinch of salt if desired. Roast for 20–25 minutes until cooked through.
- 3.While turkey roasts, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 2 minutes.
