- 250g sweet potato
- 150g zucchini
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 small onion, finely grated
- 1 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 egg yolk (optional, for binding)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instrucciones
- 1.Peel and grate the sweet potato and zucchini. Squeeze out as much excess water from the zucchini as possible using a clean cloth or your hands.
- 2.In a medium bowl, combine the minced lamb, grated sweet potato, squeezed zucchini, grated onion, minced garlic, chopped mint, and the optional egg yolk.
- 3.Mix everything together gently with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- 4.Shape the mixture into approximately 12 small, flat patties, about 4-5 cm in diameter.
- 5.Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 6.Cook the patties in batches for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- 7.Remove the patties from the pan and let them cool on a wire rack before serving. They can be served whole for baby-led weaning or mashed for younger babies.
