Anleitung
- 1.Cook the brown rice according to package instructions. This usually takes about 25-30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- 2.While the rice cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and translucent.
- 3.Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant. Add the lean minced meat to the pot, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned all over, about 5-8 minutes.
- 4.Drain any excess fat from the meat. Stir in the sweet paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 5.Add the shredded cabbage to the pot. Stir well to combine, then cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- 6.Stir in the cooked brown rice and the fresh parsley. Squeeze the lemon juice over the top and mix everything together. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- 7.Serve warm, garnished with a little extra fresh parsley if desired.
