Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Pinch of mild herbs (optional, e.g., parsley)
Instructions
- 1.Wash, peel, and chop the carrots and sweet potato into small cubes.
- 2.Place carrots, sweet potato, and peas in a steamer basket and steam for 15–20 minutes until tender.
