- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

- 4.While vegetables roast, season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 5.Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for 6–7 minutes per side until fully cooked through.
- 6.Serve grilled chicken alongside roasted vegetables.
