Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- 1.Rinse the quinoa thoroughly under cold water.
