Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (about 600g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 large zucchini, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2.Place broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and bell pepper on a baking sheet.
- 3.Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil, season with paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper, then toss to coat evenly.
