Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce or tamari
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
- 1.Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4.Add carrots and broccoli, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
- 5.Add bell peppers and snap peas, cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 6.Stir in soy sauce, black pepper, and chili flakes if using. Mix well.
- 7.Remove from heat and serve warm.
