Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional, low sodium preferred)
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- 1.Wash and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add garlic and onion, sauté for 2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4.Add broccoli, carrot, and bell pepper, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.
- 5.Add snap peas, soy sauce, salt, and pepper, then cook for another 3–4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
