Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1.Press and cube the tofu into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- 3.Add tofu cubes and sauté until golden brown on all sides, then set aside.
- 4.In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- 5.Return tofu to the pan and add soy sauce, lime juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
- 6.Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- 7.Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
