Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- 1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 2.Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and thyme.
- 3.Place the wings on a baking sheet and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
- 4.Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into chunks, then boil them in salted water for 15–20 minutes until tender.
- 5.Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them until smooth. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- 6.Transfer the mash into a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
- 7.Serve the baked chicken wings alongside the cheesy sweet potato mash.
