Ingredients
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup sweet potato, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp mild paprika (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional for toddlers above 1 year)
Instructions
- 1.Peel and chop the carrots and sweet potato into small pieces.
- 2.Boil or steam carrots, sweet potato, and peas until very soft, about 15 minutes.
- 3.Drain the vegetables and transfer them to a bowl.
- 4.Mash the vegetables with olive oil until smooth, adding a little water if needed for consistency.
- 5.Season lightly with mild paprika or a small pinch of salt if serving to older toddlers.
