Ingredients
- 2 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- 1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- 2.Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3.Add broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 4.Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, and chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5.Serve the stir-fried vegetables over warm jasmine rice.
